So here is my situation. I work for a provincial government Crown corporation. I am a senior technical analyst in the the networking department and have been working here for 10 years.We were pretty much a Nortel only house, and had a pretty vanilla setup, 2 offices 400KM apart with ~600 users. I managed this quite easily.But then I was assigned to work on a new revenue generating system ($1+ Billion a year flows through it). It was a turn-key system from a company out of Rhode Island and uses redundant Cisco gear to front-end the system.I've been working with this gear for about a year. It involves quite a bit of ACL work, and Server Load Balancing (SLB configuration).
Please help.
